Responsibility
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems for luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into project designs.
- Conduct site inspections and technical audits to verify system performance, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Develop and review MEP drawings, schematics, and technical documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems during construction and post-handover.
- Implement sustainable and energy-efficient solutions to align with green building practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field); Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role for high-end construction projects.
- Proven expertise in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical systems, and energy management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM software; familiarity with Navisworks is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international standards (ASHRAE, NEC, etc.).
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Certifications in LEED, PMP, or similar are highly desirable.
