Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive functional testing on smartphone battery products to ensure performance, safety, and reliability standards are met
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and procedures for new and existing battery products
- Identify, document, and report defects, inconsistencies, and potential quality issues using established tracking systems
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Perform root cause analysis on test failures and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain accurate test records and generate comprehensive reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for battery products
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, or related role in electronics manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with battery testing equipment and methodologies
- Strong understanding of smartphone battery technology and performance metrics
- Proficiency in using test management software and defect tracking systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and schematics
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
