Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement electrical automation systems for industrial and commercial applications.
- Create and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control system layouts using CAD software.
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs, and SCADA systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing electrical and mechanical systems.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, ISO).
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of automation systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end-users and maintenance teams.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in industrial automation, IoT, and smart manufacturing to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on industrial automation.
- Proven expertise in electrical wiring, control panels, and motor control systems.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider), HMI/SCADA development, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance (e.g., NFPA 79, IEC 61131).
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD Electrical, Eplan) and simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
