Responsibility
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations.
- Design and conduct experiments to test and validate new processes.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure product consistency.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff.
- Document and maintain detailed records of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Process Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
