Responsibility
- Oversee and manage construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to align on timelines, budgets, and engineering standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and review technical reports, as-built drawings, and project closeout documentation.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to verify material specifications and delivery schedules.
- Utilize project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera) to track progress and generate status updates.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide solutions to maintain project momentum.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field engineering, construction supervision, or project coordination.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or similar construction software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
