Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing equipment to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime and ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and R&D, to implement process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols for equipment operation.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for optimization.
- Lead or participate in equipment upgrade and automation projects to support scalability and technological advancement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Provide technical training and support to production staff on equipment operation and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in equipment engineering, preferably in the battery manufacturing, electronics, or renewable energy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation systems, and equipment design principles.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, PLC programming, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of improving equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
