Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test mechanical systems, components, and equipment to meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new mechanical designs and modifications.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and production staff, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis for mechanical failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams on mechanical systems and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and finite element analysis (FEA) tools.
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material science.
- Experience with project management, including planning, budgeting, and timeline adherence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with ISO, ASME, or other industry standards for mechanical design and safety.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) and the ability to collaborate in multicultural teams.
