Responsibility
- Manage and oversee thermal start-up activities for client projects in Bali, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute thermal system installations, testing, and commissioning.
- Provide technical guidance and training to on-site teams and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve thermal system issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, reports, and client communications.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to uphold system reliability.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and Vertiv's quality assurance protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in thermal systems, HVAC, or field service engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of thermal management solutions and start-up procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for thermal system analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Certification in thermal systems or related fields is a plus.
