Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems to ensure products meet international standards and customer requirements.
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality best practices into product development and manufacturing processes.
- Prepare and present quality reports, metrics, and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and customer-specific requirements.
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards, tools, and techniques to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields). Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, project engineering, or a related role, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), statistical process control (SPC), and quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, FMEA).
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), Lean Manufacturing, or similar is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Minitab, or other statistical software and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
