As a Building Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and improvement of our buildings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will collaborate with a team of professionals, utilizing your skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance to create a seamless experience for our clients and guests.

Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and structural issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist in the implementation of energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Building Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
- Certification in a relevant technical field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
