You will oversee high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with international standards (IEC, NEC, NFPA) while optimizing energy efficiency and reliability for large-scale data centers. Responsibility
- Lead the design, installation, and testing of electrical systems (HV/LV, switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators) for data centers.
- Develop and review electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and load calculations using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (PLN, PUIL) and international standards (IEC 61439, NFPA 70).
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to procure materials and manage project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and commissioning to verify system performance and safety.
- Optimize power distribution and redundancy for Tier III/IV data center certifications.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Prepare technical reports, budgets, and risk assessments for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; PE (Professional Engineer) license is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design for data centers, industrial facilities, or critical infrastructure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or SKM PowerTools for electrical modeling.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC integration, grounding systems, and lightning protection for data centers.
- Experience with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project) and BIM coordination.
- Familiarity with sustainable energy solutions (solar, battery storage) for green data centers.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in multicultural teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship available).
