Responsibility
- Assist in the planning and coordination of engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Support the development of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project status and challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of experience in project engineering or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
