Responsibility
- Lead the scheduling and coordination of M&E-related work, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Prepare and review shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with technical specifications.
- Oversee material approval processes, including sourcing, testing, and procurement to meet project requirements.
- Conduct trials and mock-ups to validate M&E systems before full-scale implementation.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth on-site execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E coordination or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, shop drawings, and material specifications.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
