Responsibility
- Develop and implement manufacturing programs for medical device production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to manufacturing programs.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high product standards.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical device manufacturing technologies.
- Document and maintain accurate records of manufacturing processes and programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program engineering, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in programming languages and software used in manufacturing (e.g., CAD, CAM).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical devices is a plus.
