Responsibility
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of IT systems to support business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with organizational goals and projects.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, server management, and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience with IT security protocols, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, or MCSE are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
