Responsibility
- Oversee and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and financial summaries.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar.
