Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies for civil engineering initiatives.
- Liaise with government agencies, stakeholders, and subcontractors to secure permits, approvals, and compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to international safety, quality, and environmental standards (e.g., ISO, OHSA).
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and technical documentation to senior management.
- Optimize resource utilization, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize project profitability.
- Foster strong relationships with local communities and authorities to support smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized university; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial or coordination role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, bridges, buildings, or utilities).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and experience working in Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and travel to project sites as needed.
