Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for MEP systems using industry-standard software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and project coordination.
- Perform clash detection and resolution to optimize building systems and reduce on-site conflicts.
- Generate detailed shop drawings, construction documents, and as-built models for project delivery.
- Implement BIM standards and best practices to enhance project efficiency and data integrity.
- Support project teams with 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost estimation) BIM applications.
- Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (certification is a plus).
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction documentation, and building codes.
- Experience with clash detection, coordination, and model federation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with BIM 360, Solibri, or other collaboration platforms is advantageous.
