Responsibility
- Design, install, and maintain electrical systems in compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of electrical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate electrical systems into building projects.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for electrical installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Manage electrical projects from conception to completion, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably in building or property management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Licensed Electrical Engineer (preferred).
