As an MEP Design Officer, you will be responsible for creating and refining Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design drawings that align with project specifications, industry standards, and sustainability best practices. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into architectural and structural designs, enhancing functionality, efficiency, and compliance.

Responsibility
- Develop and prepare detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) design drawings using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360).
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to ensure cohesive and compliant system integration.
- Review and validate construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documents for accuracy and adherence to codes (e.g., SNI, NFPA, ASHRAE).
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess MEP system installations and resolve design-related issues.
- Optimize MEP designs for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability in alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely procurement and installation of MEP components.
- Provide technical support during tendering, bidding, and construction phases, including BOQ preparation and material specifications.
- Stay updated on emerging MEP technologies, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP design for commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and BIM tools; familiarity with ETAP or Dialux is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international MEP codes (e.g., SNI, PUIL, NFPA, IES).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in sustainable design practices (e.g., LEED, Green Building standards) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to prepare clear technical reports and presentations.
