Responsibility
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedules and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and technical reviews to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and technical documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage procurement and logistics for materials, equipment, and labor, optimizing resources for cost efficiency.
- Resolve technical challenges and conflicts on-site, ensuring minimal disruptions to project timelines.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local authorities to facilitate smooth project approvals and handovers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, construction management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali or commute as required.
