As a Workshop Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing the workshop's daily operations, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely service delivery. Your leadership will drive operational excellence and customer loyalty in one of Bali's most vibrant communities.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring adherence to Toyota's service standards and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize and complete service and repair tasks efficiently.
- Monitor and manage workshop inventory, including parts and tools, to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with customers to provide updates on service progress and address any concerns professionally.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold Toyota's reputation for excellence.
- Prepare and submit reports on workshop performance, including productivity and customer feedback.
- Train and mentor workshop staff to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote service packages and enhance customer retention.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a workshop management or supervisory role, preferably in an automotive dealership.
- Strong knowledge of Toyota vehicles, service procedures, and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team and interact with customers.
- Proficient in using workshop management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in automotive service management or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
