Responsibility
- Perform diagnostic tests and inspections on Chery vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Repair or replace faulty components, ensuring adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain accurate service records and provide detailed reports to customers.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient vehicle servicing.
- Stay updated on the latest Chery vehicle technologies and repair techniques.
- Uphold workplace safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Chery or similar brands.
- Certification in automotive repair (e.g., ASE or equivalent) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine mechanics.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and service manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
