Responsibility
- Assist in the implementation of preventive, predictive, and overhaul maintenance programs.
- Conduct regular inspections of workshop equipment to identify potential issues.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and execute repair tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory and equipment maintenance history.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and workshop regulations.
- Provide support in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
- Assist in the installation and testing of new equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a workshop or maintenance environment.
- Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Proficient in using basic workshop tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
