Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for semiconductor equipment, including LED Wafer/Die Probing, BIB Handler, and Wire Bonding machines.
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and maintenance activities for future reference.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source spare parts and manage equipment upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards in all service activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and clients.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and industry standards in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Certification in equipment maintenance or related fields is a plus.
