Responsibility
- Participate in structured rotations across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams to gain cross-functional expertise.
- Support process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other operational excellence methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and enhance product quality.
- Assist in project management for new product launches, cost-saving initiatives, or supply chain logistics.
- Analyze data to identify efficiency gaps and propose data-driven solutions.
- Contribute to compliance and regulatory documentation in adherence to medical device industry standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA).
- Engage in continuous learning through training, workshops, and mentorship from senior leaders.
- Present project outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical), Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles in manufacturing, operations, or quality preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or Minitab.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with Lean/ Six Sigma principles or a willingness to learn.
- Adaptability and eagerness to embrace new challenges in a fast-paced, rotational program.
- Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
