Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management solutions using SCCM and Intune to ensure secure and efficient device operations.
- Automate desktop deployment, patch management, and software distribution to enhance productivity and reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex workplace technology issues.
- Develop and enforce security policies, compliance standards, and best practices for endpoint devices.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workplace services for scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in workplace technology and recommend innovative solutions.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Engineering, Desktop Engineering, or Workplace Services.
- Proven expertise in SCCM, Intune, and modern device management.
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 deployment, patch management, and security hardening.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and cloud-based identity solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus.
