Responsibility
- Assist project managers in maintaining project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure effective communication among team members.
- Manage project-related correspondence, including emails, letters, and other communications.
- Track project milestones and deadlines, providing reminders and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the procurement process by liaising with vendors, preparing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team, including filing, data entry, and office management tasks.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably within the engineering or telecommunications sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
