Responsibility
- Assist in the design and analysis of civil and structural engineering projects, including buildings, bridges, and infrastructure.
- Prepare and review technical calculations, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000).
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design challenges and optimize project outcomes.
- Prepare detailed reports, including feasibility studies, risk assessments, and compliance documentation for client and regulatory submissions.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, cost estimates, and project schedules.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, codes, and technologies to enhance project efficiency and innovation.
- Support senior engineers in project management tasks, including coordination, documentation, and client communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in civil/structural engineering; internship experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or structural analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., SNI, ACI, Eurocodes).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
