Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of in-house warehouse and automation software solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Mentor and guide development teams to foster innovation and technical excellence.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in software architecture and system performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to integrate third-party tools and APIs.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software project management, preferably in warehouse or automation systems.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with software development (e.g., Java, Python, .NET) and database management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or automation tools is a plus.
