Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure high performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of all production machinery and equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical bottlenecks in production processes.
- Monitor and analyze machinery performance metrics, implementing data-driven improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices in engineering and manufacturing.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for engineering projects and upgrades.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop engineering staff.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
