Responsibility
- Lead the planning and execution of solar energy projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project compliance and success.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar installations.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar project management or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, design, and installation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Certification in solar energy (e.g., NABCEP) is a plus.
