Responsibility
- Lead the structural design and analysis of residential projects, ensuring compliance with international and local building codes.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and construction teams to deliver innovative and sustainable structural solutions.
- Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications for residential developments.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure structural integrity and adherence to design plans.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
- Optimize structural designs for cost-efficiency, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in residential structural engineering.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masterâs degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on residential projects.
- Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, or Revit.
- Strong knowledge of international building codes (e.g., ACI, Eurocode, Australian Standards) and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Experience with seismic and wind load analysis for residential structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
