Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, from planning and design to implementation and delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and feasibility studies for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local and international engineering standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM) and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to dynamic project environments.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
