Responsibility
- Conduct real-time quality checks during the chemical manufacturing process to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Monitor and document production parameters, including temperature, pressure, and chemical composition.
- Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods using standardized procedures.
- Identify and report any deviations or non-conformities, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and optimize processes.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure all operations comply with local and international safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a chemical manufacturing or mining environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry standards.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and analytical instruments for testing and measurement.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory requirements in chemical manufacturing.
