Responsibility
- Assist in the maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Monitor equipment and machinery, identifying potential issues and implementing preventive measures.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design, test, and implement mechanical solutions for operational challenges.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including reports, schematics, and maintenance logs.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and provide timely, effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new mechanical systems and components.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in mechanical system maintenance, preferably in an industrial or facility management setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and thermodynamics.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for mechanical system analysis.
