Responsibility
- Lead the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of advanced lithography processes for semiconductor manufacturing.
- Design and execute experiments to improve process yield, resolution, and uniformity in photolithography.
- Collaborate with equipment vendors to evaluate and implement new lithography tools and technologies.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and technical reports.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., etch, deposition, metrology) to ensure seamless integration of lithography processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce defects, and lower production costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, SEMI) and company quality policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in lithography process engineering within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing industries.
- Proven expertise in photolithography, DUV/EUV lithography, or nanoimprint lithography.
- Hands-on experience with lithography tools (e.g., ASML, Nikon, Canon) and metrology equipment (e.g., SEM, AFM, ellipsometry).
- Strong understanding of process control, statistical analysis (DOE, SPC), and yield improvement techniques.
- Experience with cleanroom environments and semiconductor fabrication processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to present technical data to stakeholders at all levels.
