Responsibility
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining process stability in semiconductor manufacturing operations.
- Support equipment performance tracking and basic troubleshooting under supervision.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily manufacturing activities.
- Document procedures, observations, and results for engineering reports.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment in the fabrication area.
- Assist in the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment and processes.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes or industrial automation is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
