Responsibility
- Lead and manage the 200mm CMP operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of CMP equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve process workflows.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure high levels of competence and performance.
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on CMP processes.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and operational processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
