Location: Canggu, Bali (with potential for hybrid work arrangements).
Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, including heating equipment sizing and system design for HVAC projects.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop accurate cost estimates and budgets for tenders and client submissions.
- Conduct research on industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance in proposal development.
- Support the sales team by providing technical insights and documentation for client presentations and meetings.
- Review and analyze tender documents to identify key requirements and propose suitable engineering solutions.
- Maintain organized records of proposals, cost estimates, and project documentation for future reference.
- Participate in site visits and client meetings to gather project-specific information and clarify technical details.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in HVAC and heating systems to enhance proposal quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in proposal engineering, HVAC systems, or a related role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of heating equipment sizing, HVAC system design, and cost estimation principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments.
