As a WSH Officer/Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting safety audits, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring adherence to local and international safety standards. You will work closely with management and operational teams to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibility
- Conduct regular workplace safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with WSH regulations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management and operational teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and submit detailed safety reports, audit findings, and compliance documentation.
- Stay updated with local and international safety regulations and best practices.
- Provide safety training and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
- Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders for safety certifications and audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Certification in WSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent safety qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in workplace safety, auditing, or HSE roles.
- Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct safety training and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in preparing safety reports and compliance documentation.
- Willingness to travel to various sites across Bali as required.
