Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects.
- Manage and monitor project budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to verify progress and quality.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
