Responsibility
- Lead and manage all surveying activities for the Champion Palace Project, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction layout surveys using advanced surveying equipment.
- Oversee the preparation of survey reports, maps, and drawings for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure survey data aligns with project requirements.
- Monitor and verify the accuracy of survey data collected by junior surveyors and field teams.
- Ensure compliance with local surveying regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Provide technical guidance and training to surveying staff to maintain high standards of work.
- Coordinate with government agencies and local authorities for survey approvals and permits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in surveying, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
- Strong knowledge of surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in diverse environments, including remote and challenging terrains.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Valid surveying license or certification is highly preferred.
