Responsibility
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize workplace risks.
- Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs to foster a safe work environment.
- Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees to enhance their understanding of workplace safety.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with management and staff to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) are properly maintained and used.
- Stay updated with the latest safety regulations, industry best practices, and technological advancements in workplace safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Certification as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in conducting safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage with employees.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali.
