As part of our dynamic team, you will conduct comprehensive audits, collaborate with onsite core teams, and implement robust quality control measures to align with international standards, including IFS (International Featured Standards). Responsibility
- Conduct regular quality audits on construction works, services, and operational processes to ensure adherence to IFS and company standards.
- Collaborate with onsite teams to implement and monitor effective quality control procedures.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance logs, and corrective action plans.
- Identify quality risks and propose mitigation strategies to prevent defects or delays in project timelines.
- Ensure all materials, equipment, and methodologies meet regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Train and mentor staff on quality best practices and compliance protocols.
- Coordinate with external auditors and certification bodies to achieve and maintain IFS accreditation.
- Analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the real estate, property development, or construction sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of IFS standards and other relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in quality audit tools and software (e.g., MS Office, QMS platforms).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with local and international building codes is a plus.
