Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the real estate and hospitality sectors.

  • Lead a team of sales executives, providing training, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with property buyers, investors, and service providers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report on key insights to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or luxury services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in team leadership and sales management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of Bali’s real estate and hospitality market is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
