Responsibility
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings for residential and commercial real estate in Bali.
- Develop and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities in target locations.
- Prepare and present purchase/sale agreements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian real estate laws.
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and inspection professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, follow up with prospects, and manage client relationships.
- Stay updated on zoning laws, tax regulations, and financing options relevant to Baliās property market.
- Represent clients at auctions, open houses, and industry events to maximize exposure and sales.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian Real Estate Broker License (SIUPP) or equivalent certification.
- Proven track record in real estate sales, leasing, or property management (preferably in Bali).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Baliās property market, including high-demand areas like Canggu, Ubud, and Seminyak.
