Join Origo as a Sub-Lease Administrator and play a pivotal role in managing the complete lifecycle of sub-tenant leases for our US-based properties. This night shift position (aligned with US business hours) offers a unique opportunity to work remotely from the vibrant locations of Bali, Indonesia, while supporting critical real estate operations across the US market.

In this role, you will oversee lease activations, renewals, modifications, and terminations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company policies. Your expertise will drive efficiency in lease administration, tenant relations, and financial accuracy, contributing to the seamless operation of our property portfolio.

Responsibility

  • Manage the full lifecycle of sub-tenant leases, including activation, amendments, renewals, and terminations for US-based properties.
  • Review and process lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Coordinate with tenants, property managers, and legal teams to resolve lease-related inquiries and disputes.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of lease documents, critical dates, and financial obligations in property management systems.
  • Prepare and distribute lease-related correspondence, including notices, invoices, and reports.
  • Monitor lease expiration dates and proactively initiate renewal or termination processes.
  • Assist in financial reconciliation, including rent adjustments, security deposits, and fee calculations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and internal stakeholders, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in lease administration, property management, or real estate operations.
  • Strong understanding of lease agreements, real estate terminology, and compliance requirements (US market knowledge is a plus).
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work night shifts (US time zones) and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with financial reconciliation, rent roll management, and tenant billing.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
