Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) programs in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate and lead safety training programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Investigate and document workplace incidents, near-misses, and accidents, implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to integrate safety best practices into project planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and compliance reports for internal and regulatory purposes.
- Promote a safety-first culture through toolbox talks, safety campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging WSH trends, regulations, and technologies to continuously improve safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or local equivalents) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in WSH coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international WSH regulations, including Indonesian safety standards.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, develop safety plans, and lead training sessions.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to influence safety behaviors at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, safety management software, and incident reporting tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
