Responsibility
- Manage and administer contracts related to steel structure projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure project deliverables meet contractual obligations.
- Review and analyze contract documents, including specifications, drawings, and scope of work.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to contract performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on steel structure-related matters to internal teams and clients.
- Monitor and report on contract performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on steel structures.
- Strong knowledge of steel structure design, fabrication, and installation processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
